TREPA knows that many of our subscribers could not make the public meetings that are being held around the province. But, you all have areas of interest in the Parks and Protected Areas Plan and want to contribute. Did you know you can do this on-line at your leisure?
Here is how to do it and it is easy! Go to the website www.gov.ns.ca/parksandprotectedareas/
Look for The Plan >Interactive Map
You can scroll around the map, enlarge it, scroll around it, see it in different views. Really quite nice. Then, when you have found an area on which you wish to comment click on it. You will get a map like the one below with a choice window on top.
You will get more information on that specific area and by clicking the comment box get a chance to give your input. For Organization, please enter TREPA.
